Ms. Jimeka Holloway, is a Doctor of Management Nonprofit Research Fellow and PhD Candidate in the Weatherhead School of Management of Case Western Reserve University. She is also Founder and CEO of Collaborative Endeavors, Inc. located in Cleveland, Ohio, an innovation consulting company with an emphasis on co-creative design.

Executive Director
Dale is a practitioner scholar bridging the worlds of academia and practice. He has an extensive business background that includes 15 years in the franchising industry and nearly 10 years with a global multi-billion dollar industrial organization. He is currently a Visiting Instructor of Management at Barry University in Miami Shores FL where he teaches Organizational Behavior, Management, & Entrepreneurship. teaching Sustainability achieved through Organizational Change & Development. Dale is on the EPS Advisory Board at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. He holds a dual Management/Marktng degree from Walsh University and a Master of Science in Positive Organization Development and a Doctorate of Management both from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH.
Executive BoardAn Accounting graduate of Kent State University, Jim has been a CPA since 1980. Through his years of research and extensive work with small and medium sized clients across a vast array of industries Jim has become a business expert. Jim has an intimate knowledge of best practices that typically lead to success in the marketplace and conversely the common errors that business people make that usually lead to marketplace failures. In addition to his professional work, Jim has served on the Boards of the Community Action Council of Portage County and the Rotary Club.

Heather has dedicated her career to helping individuals who are marginalized enjoy a richer and more balanced life. She has over 20 years of experience in community-based social services. Her credentials include managerial positions at residential facilities for children with severe emotions, residential facilities for Adults and Children with intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (DD), Adults with Mental Illnesses and working with Youth, Children and families at risk of neglect and abuse.
Heather Brissett is the Director for the Wellness and Family Resource Center at Murtis Taylor Human Services System, where she has worked in various roles for 16 years.
Mrs. Brissett earned a Master of Non-Profit Administration and Leadership Degree, a Master of Social Work Degree and her Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Social Work from Cleveland State University.
Board Chair
A Veteran of U.S. Air Force (Russian Linguist) , Lee is the consummate professional. He earned an Associate Degree in Business/Language with a concentration in management from Schiller College in Heidelberg, West Germany. Most of his professional life after leaving the military, he has spent in managerial and individual contributor roles specializing in Customer Service, Sales/Marketing, and Training. For the last 8 years, Lee has been in a Customer Service role at The Timken Company. In addition to his volunteer work with BFF, he is also a member of the Canton YWCA Fundraiser Committee Member and the Chamber of Commerce Hall of Fame Parade Band Marshal Coordinator.
Research Advisor
Philip A. Cola, PhD is a research administrator with 5 years of experience in the fiscal, legal, scientific and ethical reviews of research conducted in an academic medical center. Presently, Dr. Cola is the Vice President of Research and Technology Management at University Hospitals Case Medical Center where he has the overall responsibility for Hospital based research administration including the Institutional Review Board, clinical research compliance, grants administration, and clinical research education and training. Additionally, he holds an appointment as Adjunct Assistant Professor of General Medical Sciences at the Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. Dr. Cola holds a Master’s Degree in Experimental Psychology and Research Method and Design from Cleveland State University and a PhD in Management and Sustainable Systems at the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University.

A natural Servant Leader, Carla is currently a Rehabilitation Coordinator at Western Reserve Hospital. She brings with her large corporate experience as an Accounting Manager at Allstate Insurance Company as well as an entrepreneurial background.
Carla studied Marketing and Entrepreneurship at the University of Akron.
According to Carla, “I love many things, but at the core of my being is my love of Christ, family, friends, and all that are less fortunate than myself. This scripture contains the desire of my heart in joining the efforts of BFF and to help those in need. Deuteronomy 15:11 “For there will never cease to be poor in the land. Therefore, I command you, “you shall open wide your hand to your brother, to the needy and to the poor in your land.”
